We have a systematic and effective 9 step approach to scanning and digitizing your documents in a way that will never compromise the security or confidentiality of the documents.

Your Documents are safely transported to our secure conversion facility.

Boxes are tagged by their:

  1. Receiving Date
  2. Box Number
  3. Customer Name

Our goal is to never compromise on the safety and security of your documents, which is why your documents will always be stored with the utmost care.

All our work is assigned and monitored through JIRA board which helps in streamlining our process and makes it easy to track the progress.

Boxes are then prepared for scanning and arranged in the order that is required by our customers.

Document scanning commences following the exact same order as they are prepared and uploaded to secure FTP where our digitization team can access them for further enhancement and organization.

Once our digitization team gets access to the scanned documents, the documents are merged and edited as to maintain order in terms of document identification numbers.

Indexing is an automated procedure for detecting and classifying many types of official documents, such as purchase orders, forms, invoices, and receipts.

Once, documents are indexed and organized, they are uploaded to the customer’s document management system which can be accessed by the entire work force digitally.
