Problem Statement

Employee Contract Generation is the process that is followed by Employee On-Boarding. Problem with the previous process was such that once the manual data entry was completed in the TASS board, the employee contract was manually generated for every employee that had gone through the Employee On-Boarding process.

The process was slow, time consuming, tedious and severely affected the productivity of the chain of processes.

Our Solution

Similar to the solution suggested and provided in Employee On-Boarding, we would deploy Microsoft PowerApps to create a digitized way of contract generation, whereby contracts shall be generated automatically once the onboarding is successful and the data is updated on the TASS Board.

This solution was carefully thought through in order to accelerate the process as well as increase productivity. It also reduces the amount of manual work significantly.
