Training Request and Evaluation
AIC was founded in 1986 and has grown to become one of Western and South Australia’s most significant Islamic educational institutes. AIC has experienced numerous beneficial improvements over the years. The teachers and staff of AIC exemplify the institution’s mission of educating students in a constructive manner that fosters an understanding of the world in which we live. Their mission to establish a modernized Islamic educational institution explains why they have progressed so far since their inception.
AIC is a firm believer in continuous improvement and therefore encourages staff to take part in a variety of trainings, therefore they approached Bela Corp with a request to digitize the training request and evaluation process.
The initial process was a paper based process, where staff would submit a written request for any training they would be interested in. This was a rather tedious process as there was a lot of back and forth between requisition and execution.
The training evaluation was also a paper based process, where each candidate would be handed a questionnaire at the end of each training session and was asked to evaluate their experience.
For training request, we designed an app that would provide online forms to be submitted by the requester. The forms would then be emailed directly to each respective line manager for approval. This saves the hassle of personally chasing managers down to get approvals, especially considering all campuses are spread out across Perth and Adelaide.
For training evaluation, we designed a form that is automatically emailed to each participant of each training for them to provide feedback of their experience of the training.
